Reservation, Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
- For groups reserving 3+ appointments, please call us to arrange reservation. A credit card deposit is required for reservation for a party of 3+ people.
- We promise to be as flexible as possible. Please call us in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes without letting us know, it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”, and that time your slot will automatically become available for someone else. No shows will be charged for the full service scheduled.
- You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 4 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations within the 4-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Full price for the scheduled service will be charged for no call and no show.
- For Groupon customers: in case of no call and no show, we will redeem your voucher as payment for the scheduled service.
